  • The vanity only: the sink and faucet aren’t included, and the vanity base comes without a sink top.

  • Alaska and Hawaii: we ship there too, with a flat shipping charge for your size added at checkout.

Raw vanities are ready to ship in 5–7 days; stained or painted, in 1–2 weeks.

Price drivers

What changes the price of a vanity?

A vanity’s price comes down to its wood, its size and its finish, and on custom work, its doors and drawers:

  • Size: more wood and more hours. A 36″ vanity costs more than a 20″ one.
  • Finish: raw wood costs least; stain (with a polyurethane topcoat) and paint take more time. On the vessel sink vanity, that’s the difference between $569 and $699 for the 24″ × 18″ × 27″ size.
  • Doors and drawers: on custom work, each drawer or extra door is another part to build, fit and hang.
  • Wood: every standard size is pine. Red or white oak, maple or hickory cost more, and are quoted.

Custom sizes

How is a custom-size vanity priced?

Any size that isn’t in the tables, another wood, drawers or a different sink is quoted free from your measurements and photos. We reply usually within an hour or two, always within 24 hours. A custom piece’s lead time comes with its quote.

The vanities and shelves can be bought here in any of their standard sizes and finishes, paid at checkout: in full, or over time with Affirm or Klarna where you qualify. Other sizes are quoted. Custom work is paid in full when you accept the quote.

A custom vanity is priced from its wood, its size and its finish, so a hardwood vanity costs more than the same size in pine, and a vanity wider than 36″ costs more than our 36″ one.

Build it

Is it cheaper to build your own vanity?

It can be, if you already have the tools and the time: you buy the lumber and hardware and put in the hours yourself. If you’re handy, our free build guides show every step of the vessel sink vanity and the vanity base, and each vanity’s printable plans, with every measurement for all four sizes, are $7.
