What happens to
what you send us.

Your name and email address, and anything else you choose to send: a phone number, the piece you’re interested in, measurements, a finish, a message and photos of your space.

We use it to answer you and to quote for your piece, and, if you order, to build and ship it. That’s all.

It isn’t sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list. We don’t have one.

When you send the form, your message and photos are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, and a short confirmation is emailed back to you. After that, your message lives in our inbox like any other email.

Checkout is handled by Stripe, a payment processor. Stripe receives your name, email, phone number, shipping address and payment details so it can take the payment. We never see your full card number.

We get the order details (the piece, your size and finish, the color and any note you add, your contact details, and where to ship it) by email through Resend, and use them to build and ship your piece and to contact you about it. Stripe has its own privacy policy.

If you buy on Etsy, Etsy’s privacy policy applies.

The site itself sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Only when you open checkout does Stripe’s payment form set its own fraud-prevention and session cookies; Stripe’s privacy policy covers them.

The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.
