When you buy a plan, you get a personal license for one buyer. You may print it and build the piece for your own use.

You may not sell pieces built from the plan, build them for anyone who pays you, or use the plan in a business.

You may not share, copy, post, or resell the plan, in whole or in part. Each copy is marked with the buyer’s order details.

Plans are digital downloads, so they can’t be returned or refunded. If you find a problem in a plan, tell us: we’ll fix it and send you the corrected file.

Plans are provided as is, without warranty. Check every dimension against your space, your materials and your fixtures before you cut.

Woodworking tools are dangerous. Follow each tool maker’s instructions and wear eye and ear protection.

Plumbing (supply lines, drains, venting, shutoffs) must be installed to your local code, and we recommend a licensed plumber. A permit may be required.

You build and install at your own risk. Farmhouse Urban Design is not liable for injury, property or water damage, or any loss from using a plan.
